Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally! To speed up delivery, your order is shipped from our closest regional fulfillment center.

Can I pay over the phone?

My card payment failed. What should I do?
First, please double-check your card details, expiration date, and CVV code. Also, ensure your bank allows international/online transactions. If the problem continues, try an alternative payment method or contact your bank. Our support team is also happy to help.

My card was charged, but I didn't get an order confirmation. What happens?
Often, this is a temporary authorization hold by your bank, which should reverse within 3-10 business days. If the order did not go through, you will not be charged. If the transaction is posted, please contact us immediately with your details for a swift resolution.

I'm having trouble completing my order online. What can I do?

Shipping & Delivery

Are all jerseys, like popular national team kits, in stock?
We maintain high stock levels for most items. However, during major tournaments, high-demand jerseys may sell out faster. The real-time stock status is clearly displayed on each product page.

Can I change my order after paying?
We can only modify orders that haven't been processed for packing. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll try our best to accommodate your request.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order, provided it has not been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Please see the procedure below.

How do I cancel my order?

What are your shipping options and delivery times to Europe?
We ship from within the EU using reliable tracked mail. Delivery within Europe typically takes 5-12 business days. Worldwide delivery generally takes 7-20 business days, depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. You can use it to follow your package's journey on the carrier's website or in your account.

What if my package hasn't arrived within the estimated time?
First, please check your tracking for the latest updates. If there has been no movement for an extended period or the delay is significant, contact us with your order number, and we will investigate with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

How long do refunds or exchanges take?
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Refunds are then issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to reappear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider's policies.

Are there any fees for returns?
The customer covers the cost of return shipping for non-defective items. We do not charge any additional restocking or processing fees for approved returns.
