FanwearCentral Refund & Return Policy
At FanwearCentral, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our fan apparel. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original saleable condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be securely attached and included.

Customized items (e.g., jerseys with printed names, numbers, or patches) are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made an error.

For non-customized items, if these conditions are not fully met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our Support Team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the item securely with all original materials. Please include a note with your order number and preference for a refund or exchange.

Ship the package to the return address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Shipping costs for exchange returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error.
